CNT only uses certified and traceable steel in the manufacturing of our helical piles. This process is in accordance with AC358 and ICC requirements. (Section 08, Reference 1810.1 through 1810.4.11)
Grouted Helical Piles
When additional strength is necessary, we place a grout column around the shaft to prevent the piles from buckling in poor soil profiles. This along with the added friction allow it to reach capacities of 100+ kips.
No Spoils
Excavation is not used when installing helical piles, so no vibrations or spoils are generated. For grouted helical piles a lead displacement plate pushes soil away from the shaft creating a void to be filled with grout.
